1. Who we are

LazyMetrics ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website and tools at tools.lazymetrics.com. We build SEO audit and analytics tools for website owners and digital marketers. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@lazymetrics.com.

2. What data we collect

When you use LazyMetrics, we may collect:

• Account information — your name and email address, collected via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Google Search Console data — search performance data including impressions, clicks, average position, and indexed URLs for properties you connect. Access is read-only.
• Google Analytics 4 data — session counts, engagement metrics, and conversion data for properties you connect. Access is read-only.
• Usage data — pages you visit within our tool, features you use, and error logs, collected to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Generate SEO audit reports and prioritised recommendations for your website.
• Display search performance and analytics data within your dashboard.
• Authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• Improve the accuracy and features of our tools.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Google data to serve advertising. We do not share your Google data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. our database provider, Supabase).

4. Google API data — limited use disclosure

LazyMetrics' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only request read-only access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.
• We use this data only to provide the SEO audit features described in our app.
• We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
• We do not use this data for advertising or to train machine learning models.
• Humans at LazyMetrics do not read your Google data unless you explicitly request support and grant permission.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security to ensure your data is only accessible to your account. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in our frontend.

6. Data retention

We retain your audit data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@lazymetrics.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate LazyMetrics:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions.
• Google OAuth — sign-in and data access (governed by Google's Privacy Policy).

8. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can revoke LazyMetrics' access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions. To exercise any other rights, contact us at hello@lazymetrics.com.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of LazyMetrics after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
